What does it really take to land a job as a pen tester/red teamer? I mean, if I don’t have the proven work experience in the function, what do I need to do to convince a potential employer to risk it?

I’ve had a bad case of work anxiety ever since I started a new job ~7 months ago. The adjustment was ROUGH. I was making mistake after mistake. I powered through and somehow got glowing reviews at year end, with people saying I’ve moved past that point.

It is true that in service based consultings the learning curve will be better coz we'll get to work on a lot of projects compared to a captive organisation ?

Are Coforge reviews fake on Glassdoor? Had a discussion with their HR today. He was telling Coforge is doubling in size and revenue in the next 2 years, we had the least attrition. You can do your research. Maybe Delhi Noida based companies, I really feel scared about. I think they will say anything to get a joining.
