I'm a graduate developer with a specialization in the front end based in Ireland that is looking for a first step inside the IT world, I'm self-motivated and I really looking forward to improving my knowledge and skills to be a proficient developer, but unfortunately, until now, I didn't have any possibility.

Case load= malpractice? Small plaintiff’s firm of 25 attorneys. I was a 2 year associate hired and given 50 active files in pre litigation status. 9 mos later a partner quit and I inherited 45 more. Situation:
Currently working in an IT company in Dublin Ireland. Company is making some reorganization and offering us :

1. Either to take some %age hike to accept the new shift pattern which is working a few extra hours including weekends, in general it is like losing lot on what was signed by us before.

2. Either to accept a chance to move teams but no idea how it looks like.
