Can anyone please share the base salary range at IFS? Do you think it’s worth it?

What is an acceptable salary range for a director role in KPMG?

What is the salary range for a director in advertising (large agency, media buying, 8-10 years of experience)?

what's the band structure like from AM to Director at KGS?
Are there any internal bands too, like AM1, AM2, AM3 etc?
What offer (Bands and CTC) can be expected at 10 YoE for IT Compliance and Governance Advisory (current in 23.6 fixed) and what's the upper limit for both of those things (Bands and CTC) at my YoE?

My parents are both immigrants. My mom was orphaned at age 7 and moved to the US after feeling like she had no future in her country. My dad won a visa lottery months before completing his economics degree abroad but came to the US for a better life. They both work hard and things have not been easy. I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp

I currently work as intern in one of the big 4, now I got an opportunity In deloitte with a package of 7.6l lpa (6l fixed, 1l joining ,bonus & 60k variable) for the same job role. it is through cmpus placement & recruiting us as freshers. I do have another 3 yrs of experience but it was for other role. considering the experience that i have ,is there any chance for me to negotiate in the salary?

I was promoted to manager in Jan but received an offer with a 35% salary increase and much cheaper health insurance outside the firm. I am 85% sure I’ll take the offer, but wanted to see if anyone could think of acting I may be missing out on by leaving? FYI my inflation increase was larger than my promotion increase and my student loan payments also were stopped since I’m no longer an SA. I think what is holding me back is my guilt for my immediate team but just want to check.
