Hi everyone! I’m a technical specialist moving into Data Engineering. I have 3 years of experience in Informatica/SQL support and 1.5 years in Databricks automation and RAG development. I’ve been hitting some roadblocks in the job hunt lately and would appreciate any feedback on how to better position my 'support-to-engineering' background for recruiters.

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Interviewed with Google, Amazon, Cisco, McKinsey, and a few others and every-time there is something that is not a match... are the hiring managers looking for like 100% match? That will never happen!!!

I’m new to the cybersecurity industry, professionally speaking (I did/do a lot for family and close friends). I’ve completed a boot camp, which I regret doing.
