Hi Everyone - I'm being recruited for a TAM (Technical Account Manager) role at Salesforce. I have over 8 years of Salesforce experience across clouds and over 4 years of consulting experience (one year with a small firm and 3 with a larger, well-known firm).

Can someone please help me understand what an acceptable base salary would be to ask for? I have been told 140k is what has been approved by the recruiter, but that seems a little low given my LOE exp. and is less than what I make now.

Not my ideal exit but I accepted an offer at another Big4 for a 26 percent hike in base.
Ideally I’d exit to industry in Product/Program manager role but I really needed out and this came up so I took it. And Im on H1B so I cant keep interviewing/accept a better offer if it comes up, once the transfer is initiated.
I can’t decide if Im happy or sad. I’m relieved for now.

What are the opportunities in DI or D USI for Semi Qualified CA in Risk advisory or Internal Audit department? Also what is the range of pay scale. Please suggest whether I should apply for the job in deloitte?

Please answer if you have worked for both and have significant first hand experience about the difference in WLB, annual hikes, work culture, any other observations.

Got an offer for SE III at a large tech company. Product I'd be working on interests me and I think I could grow more than in my current role.

Currently I make 180k base and have ISO/RSUs @ startup (60k/yr worth on paper, but won't be worth anything for a few years, if at all).

The offer is:
Base: $166,500
Target Bonus: 10% ($16,650)
RSU: 120k total (30k/yr)

Thoughts on offer? Should I counter?

Additionally there's a yearly target RSU bonus about equal to the cash bonus. Thoughts? 4.5 YOE

currently tossing up between staying at a global company (who is in the process of some positive changes) with an amazing manager who supports my career and flexible working … however comes with the inherit issues that come with a long standing global company

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

Recently promoted senior and the raise was surprisingly higher than expected. I had applied to a position before knowing about the promotion and raise. I don’t think the position will be able to match the new raise since I was promoted early (new job level is based on years of experience rather than title). Should I politely bow out? Not sure how to handle the situation, any advice is much appreciated!
