Hi all,
Do firms match offers from other Big 4s for campus hires? I’ve received a campus offer from both KPMG and EY. I’m more interested in the EY offer, but they are paying 3k less than KPMG.
Would it be a bad move to let them know about the other offer and try negotiating? I feel it wont make a difference in the long run, but at the same time I don’t want to leave any money on the table if possible.

I am working as data engineer at Accenture with 2 YOE with ctc of 11LPA. After clearing all the technical rounds at Impetus technologies, tomorrow I have my HR discussion. I think the market is shifting again and that is likely why the lower offer. I would just counter offer to a salary higher than what you make now and if they don’t accept it, stay put and/or keep looking.
I had the same thoughts! You should definitely counter to what you're currently making, if not more. If they are unwilling or unable to give you that, then there's no reason to make the move just yet
depends on where you live and also the level at which you are coming in.. look at the whole package`
Are there any additional benefits like stock options? I think if it’s not lower than your current role and a remote role, probably still a good option to enter, and then you can look for switching internally or promoting yourself.
