I have come across job openings for attorneys in regulatory affairs but I'm not sure what the demand is like now or in the future. It would be worth chatting with attorneys who specialize in reg to get an idea of what the demand is before investing your time and money.
Go to law school to become a lawyer not a regulatory professional. You can become a director of regulatory afdairs faster with a law degree. Other than that you may want a solid plan in place before law school. Why not get a master degree in regulatory affairs if you want to stay in the field?
I already have an MS in Regulatory, with 10+ years of experience. I’m wondering how the field will evolve with AI/ML, digital health becoming more mainstream and if a law degree would be more valuable.
