I’m currently in the market for a new job opportunity! I’m looking for more of a challenge within the e-commerce/omni-channel marketing space, preferably remote. I’m currently a remote National Campaigns PM in the retail media space for a Fortune 500 company. I’ve been applying through various job sites, but also wanted to put myself out there on here as well. Does anyone know of any companies actively hiring for marketing ops / PMs / e-commerce managers?

I have been invited to move up to the junior partner level in my mid-sized insurance defense/medical malpractice defense firm, but the terms essentially make me an independent contractor. What does your firm's junior partner track look like? I have been offered 50% of all income brought in, but I have to deal with my own insurance, pay all my own benefits, and handle my own insurance. Is this normal?

I’m a new manager and got added to a new engagement. Everything is overmy head. Usually I catch up within a month. But this engagement is very very different. It will take me a while to get a hang of. The positive is that there is a lot of learning. But I had goals of being a sm in a year or 2 and I don’t see that happening in this engagement. What do you guys think, should do? It’s a huge engagement so it’s room to grow. Should I just suck it up and try?

I was hired within the last year as a site supervisor. I did well my first few projects with the company. They asked if I’d be interested in transitioning into a construction manager role. I agreed. Now I still am the site supervisor on projects but I’m also doing all the construction manger duties on the project as well. Essentially 2 jobs for one salary. We have yearly reviews in December but no talks of raise have been discussed. Any help on approaching this to my boss?
