TCS is the worst company one can be in.
Cheap mindset management cares more about timesheet, wfo, forceful mandatory trainings, imposing strict restrictions on laptop, access to personal docs only via vpn,no employee well being no salary hikes nth at all.90% projects filled with freshers coz they cost less.No WLB for good dedicated hard working employees as they are punished with more and more work, leaves rewards mostly for people who don’t work. But no issues kyunki job security hai 😂

Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?

McK a tip: talk to other McK folk who may have switched. I knew one McK partner at PwC, and he was unable to adjust. The change to utilization etc. was a big adjustment for him.
It’s like 300-350 if you’re taking about consulting. With variable it can be higher but that’s close to the TC for most MDs
Sorry, the tiers refer to performance ratings?
Correct.
MBB is not happy at PwC. Know that big 4 is very metrics driven. Directors are around $200k, and MD is one level above. What’s your sector?
McK it’s not necessarily comp, the mindset is very different. Sales is a very openly tracked metric in the CRM system. Anyone can see how much each Partner is selling. A lot of Directors don’t make their sales quota, and it’s very political at that point as to who gets to stay.
Philosophically, I think that firms should just make these numbers public in the interest of pay equity. Everyone already knows that Deloitte pays more. This enables women and minorities to have more informed conversations around pay. I think in honor of women’s history month, PwC leadership should just voluntarily release this information.
