I'm preparing for BMW TechWorks 2nd round interview with Munich team - what should I expect?

Specifically:

- Is this round more technical (cloud/K8s/terraform) or behavioral?
- Any BMW-specific case studies or architecture challenges?
- Munich team expectations - compliance, cross-team collaboration?

Would greatly appreciate insights from anyone who recently completed this round. What topics were most critical? Thanks in advance!

I'd love an opportunity to work for the federal government in contracting or procurement but have found it difficult to get selected for an interview. What's the catch?

I prepared a presentation for an interview with a sales leader, it went well and I was offered a final interview with regional manager. The sales leader I interviewed with gave me a bunch of feedback, but said to find out information about tech stack, which I for some reason, didn’t consider. I come to find out that deep, hidden within the website of the hypothetical client, they use the service already. Do I roll into the final interview and play dumb or do i present and then come clean?

I’m a newly graduate from a community college. My program of study was Health Information Technician. I passed my RHIT exam a month ago, and I’ve been applying to jobs in state, out of state, and remotely to only receive “sorry you were not selected email.”I don’t have experience and I know that’s the reason I’m not getting selected. I’ve applied for receptionist, medical biller/coordinator, and medical clerk. Even with inflation willing to work for minimum wage or less just to gain experience.

Been in the strat game for over a decade; I’ve realized that a strong department with clear process that is built on end to end problem solving (with time to think) is when I’m happiest vs this award show / case study grind. What are some agencies you all work or have worked at, that value strategy as a department and not a creative case study farm? Looking to figure out what’s next.

Just got a job offer but they are only giving me until Monday afternoon to decide. I'm currently in process at several other firms and the recruiter said they can't/won't give extensions. How bad is it for me to accept and then decline if I get another offer? The other companies would be paying 15-30k more and I feel like that's way too much to give up especially right out of school. Actually, I gave Interview for BackEnd Developer @ Itilite. I was selected in the interview process (2 Tech DSA Based + HR) and got a mail stating that our interview panel is really impressed with your domain related expertise in order to proceed with offer negotiation please submit your documents. Now after 2-3 days of document submission, they came up by saying they cant move forward with my candidature.

I am still amazed how can they do this after asking my documents.

Round or exact numbers on banners/LPs? I was curious about this since in negotiations for example or pricing it's better to have the exact number. But if you have a case study, for example, is it better to say "Client X increased their revenue to 1,000,000 ARR" instead of "Client X increased their revenue to 987,500 ARR" ? I had a first interview last Tuesday with Amazon, which I think went well, although I still haven't heard back 6 days later and then got an OOO annual leave msg and a no response when I chased up the named colleague today. Is this typical behaviour others have experienced when dealing with the big tech company recruiters? I found Google and Facebook recruiters to be efficient and TikTok so-so, if not a little slow, but 6 days+ seems poor.
