I've been searching for a Data Scientist role for the past 2 months. I’ve received offers from 3-4 consulting firms (working with companies like Apple, Experian), but I declined as the payroll would be through the consultancy. I've 6+ years of relevant experience and a CCTC of 24 LPA (Hyd), with an ECTC of 35-37 LPA (matching offers). Is my ECTC reasonable? I prioritize meaningful work and compensation due to my current role. Any referrals or suggestions?

Got an offer for Microsoft but I was hoping to get feedback on what everyone thinks about the Microsoft Azure team and the work life balance. What should be an approximate Total Comp for Redmond if I am moving states.

Curious if anyone else is or has been in the same boat. I started as an assistant at an entertainment law firm prior to passing the bar. Upon passing, the partner told me they would hire an assistant for me since I now became an associate. That was 1.5 years ago and I am still in the limbo of juggling my own workload + doing assistant roles for my supervisors. I have also had no increase in pay, which is a huge deal for me. Is this normal in the entertainment world? Any suggestions?

What is your opinion if he takes a DevOps course and do a career change ? What will be the % of getting interviews ? Even if he gets selected, how much will he get?
