My joining date of Wipro is 2nd December 2024 , HR called me and telling as there is onboarding freeze in month of December, they will onboard me on the month of 3rd Jan 2025.

Is it really onboarding freeze in Wipro?

Genpact offered me 27LPA , however i am still to receive salary breakup. How much variable will be there in 27LPA?

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

I have cleared interview with Wipro and while uploading the documents i uploade document but they mentioned LOA & education certificate are incorrect so i re-uploaded them but again they mentioned LOA is incorrect.. so i connected with the person who sent me the link to upload the doc but no help from her.. i tried to open the link today (17th March) evening but the link was not opening... what will be the next step.. how can i upload it again..
