My last working day at Cognizant is April 27th. However, I have completed 4 years and 240 days of service by April 22nd. As per my offer letter, I understand that I become eligible for gratuity upon completing this tenure.

I would like to clarify:

- Are there any specific terms or conditions that could affect my eligibility for gratuity?
- Is there any possibility that the company could change or interpret policies at the last moment to avoid paying gratuity?

From the day my firm files my green card application, how long will I have to wait to be approved and receive my green card? For further context, I was born in China and only have an undergrad degree.

The production company removed the video from its website once they were informed in order to mitigate economic harm. Can my client bring an action? If so, what can he seek in monetary damages?
