Now today got BGV email and have been asked to send signed Letter of Authorization so that BGV can be started.

Firstly look at the company where you cleared the client interview. Choose that one. It's risky to choose a company where you have to sit on a bench and wait for a client interview. Otherwise, out of the ones where the client interview is done, just choose the one which is in your same city and offering the highest package so that you can save maximum money.

If you looking for job security, it would be Infosys and wlb is good for both Infy and IBM. For Epam, there's no job security. In case you think of joining LTIMindtree, first check if your selected for specific client or its for bench. All the best !

Epam the difference is big and all are same and the wlb depends only on client

In LTIMINDTREE, if we are not able to clear one client interview, will we get another chance in the next company or will they straight put me on the bench?

I heard that most of the people in ltim are in bench but they are getting enough time to get a project like at least you will face 3+ clients or direct deployment before they ask to leave and we'll not just 60 days 90 to 180 days
It also depends on your salary and grade they don't put people with higher salary on bench for longer time
New joiners it's 6 months, people who already 6 months then later 2 months bench policy. People who released from project also only get 2 months bench.
Don't join ltimindtree, even if they give you max package because they have a big bench and you may get sacked.
Go by best salary. Just see if you can work atleast 1 year in company..
