Years of Experience : 5.5
I am an ETL Developer and I have got offer from HSBC, IBM and Teradata.
All the three are offering me around same compensation.

The only Advantage with HSBC is that I have the visibility on what kind of work the team where i am selected for is working on .
For Teradata and IBM ,there is no visibility .

Please share your opinion on which company i should join ?

I currently work as a contracted Operations Manager but I’m in need of something a little more sufficient as far as salary. I have experience in Management both restaurant, healthcare, and I suppose this particular position counts too I just don’t know how to specify it. I really want to get out of the 35-40k salary range and I have the experience to do it just not the degree. I think I suck at interviews too (I get really nervous and start doubting myself). TCS offered 20.5LPA (18 Fixed + 2.5 Variable) CTC C3B for 10.7 YOE SAP HANA.
Accenture retaining me by giving 19.5 Fixed + 27% Variable = 24.76 LPA CTC applicable from 1st Dec21 along with GCP role.
Had fruitful discussion with M, HR, SM & MD on the same & considered the offer. Took my papers back.
