Current comp is 32800. Been promised a 12-15% hike with a promotion to manager in feb and another 5-7% annual hike in April.

So essentially between 37-40k by April 2023.

Is this a good salary for a someone with one year of experience and for a first job.

Hey folks, I'm getting an offer as a SC in EY UK. Presently I'm a manager with EY India (up for SM next yr Oct 2021). Comp is 55k range (haven't officially received the figure, a few more days it's expected, doing some homework before that).

I'll be moving with family. Wife may not immediately start working (,find a new job, we have a toddler daughter as well 2 YO).
