How feasible would jumping from manager level in consulting to a director of product marketing role be (E.g., PMM roles with a 10 YOE requirement)? I have relevant GTM strategy experience, but no direct experience as a product marketing manager.

Basically wondering if I should jump now for a senior manager product marketing role, or try for director of product marketing in a year. Currently have 7 YOE and an M7 MBA

YoE 12.5, cctc 10.5 and holding offers till 23.5 fixed and few more in pipeline, expecting till 27 with 40 days left in np. I have an offer from KPMG, and I am in talks with collabera, they are offering about 35% hike which will be 100% hike from my current ctc, while KPMG offers 65% on my current ctc.

KPMG is a research and stakeholders management role and collabera offers strategy role including working direct with VP.

Been on the job hunt for the past 3 months. Applied to 200+. Interviewed with 15 companies (big tech + mid sized) but failing at either hiring manager round or ghosted after onsite. I’ve spent hours everyday applying, researching companies and prepping for interviews, watching videos, reading books, but just can’t seem to close the deal.
