Hi Fish! In need of advice. I am filling an H1b transfer out of EY, planning to leave mid March. Issue is that currently my dependent H4 extension (filed by EY) is pending approval (receipt notice 08/2020). My concern is if EY will drop the H4 application once I resign. Anyone had a similar experience doing h1b transfer while H4 extension was pending??

Got a job offer from small consulting firm (<200 people) and they are ready to file my GC from day1. About to resign in next couple of weeks once I receive my h1 approval.
But Deloitte sent a notification that they are restarting Perm process. Currently with Deloitte - nothing has been filed. They have the JD and all the documents from my side but haven’t filed pwd yet. Stay or move out .?
