Anybody from the Eli Lilly account at Deloitte. I have an offer from Deloitte India and cleared the client interview at Eli Lilly. Since I see many people posting that WLB in Deloitte India is poor, hesitating to accept the offer. Can anybody from the Eli Lilly account help pls??

I was a teacher for 4 years and transitioned into the corporate world. I have 6 months experience in marketing and that’s what I currently do, but plan for a lateral move in the future. I’ve seen suggestions of 3-7 years experience - does my teaching experience factor in? Or should I consider the 3-7 years only of my corporate time? Or is an MBA sooner a good move because of my big career transition (and future lateral)?
