Does pwc sdc has "teams" and team meetings? Or we are supposed to wait for project allocation and that's the only team we will be working with? Joined pwc 15 days ago and so far I have only talked with my RL, coach and buddy once. No one is reaching out and even after 15 days, I don't know anyone from my team and have no one to talk to.

Internship Program Help: Hi Everyone! I’ve never worked for a company with any type of internship program at all, let alone a really successful one. My new company thrives off our internship program, with many of our managers/directors having started as one themselves. I’d like to create more of a structure to this program but not even really sure where to begin. How many levels in Staff? What is the min YOE is required to be a Senior?
How many months/years minimum we need to spend to be eligible for promotion (ex: minimum 1 year a person need to spend on one grade like that)
