Current CTC - 14.5 fixed + 10% variable

Both giving similar ctc with diff str:

Walmart ctc breakup - 17.5L base + 84k retirals + 3.5L bonus(20% of base) + 4.37L stocks(25% of base) vested over 3 years.

Visa ctc breakup - 22L base + 1.32L retirals + 2.64L bonus(12% of base) + 1 time 4k USD stocks vested over 3 years.
