Currently working as Analyst with Deloitte-I in visualization competency with fixed pay 6.7 LPA and expected to get a promotion next year.

I received a offer from Bain capability network to join their visualization team with fixed pay of8 LPA as an Analyst only.

For that I will also have to pay back my joining bonus of 1.5 LPA to DI and I wont be able to avail my performance bonus of FY 20-21 i.e. 50k i.e. leaving DI will cost me 2LPA and a promotion next year .

Shall I join BCN?

I have an interview for an in house position (only attorney) at a small non-profit focused on conservation easements. I am a transactional associate at a mid sized law firm. The prospect of freedom from the billable hour and contributing to meaningful work are the draws. The cons are that while the salary at the non-profit would only be slightly less than what I am making now, pay increases and opportunities for advancement will be much less than where I am now. Thoughts on making the shift?

So I had HR discussions after tech and managerial round and she said, she will have to get approval from management for salary discussions as it’s on the higher side as per my YOE.

I have got an offer for Manager level at a Big 4 in Consulting. People who are 3-4 years juniors at my MBA college are at Manager level and might get promoted sooner than me. Also, a couple of immediate juniors are at Senior Manager level.

Have you been in a similar situation? Is it awkard? How to handle it after joining?

PS: If you are wondering, I do not have a Big 4 or consulting experience while they have it.

I joined Accenture 5 months back as a lateral hire ( Level 11 ) and have been a part of a project since day one.

I am not enjoying my work here, no motivation at all. Dreaded to report to work and having stress and anxiety. My manager is trying to micromanage me as productivity is on the lower side.

Another thing is, I have started to dislike my current tech and no more interested in it.

Hi fishes! I recently graduated. I got campus placed as associate analyst consulting in Deloitte in my 5th semester. It's been an year there was no communication from the Deloitte apart from the letter of intent. Now recently I received a mail saying we'll be onboarding in phases and onboarding will be completed for 2022 batch by February 2023 . Legit they are making us wait for another 6 months....like wtf is thissss!??!????!!!! Your opinion/advice/suggestions are most welcomed!!!
