May I know how WLB in this company, I see in glassdoor and ambitions contains positive and negative. Is it worth to join? Is it useful for me to enhance my career for long run? How about the retention pay? If we leave the company we need to pay entire retention pay?I have other wipro and CTS, which company is better to join?

Maximum of 10k or 50 percent cost of the course/certification whatever is less.
Impact is basically they will train you for 3-4 months and build a project with fellow impact people. You have to give demo at the end of it. They have a bond like if you leave within 1 year of Impact program, you'll have to pay back 50K. It is a good extensive training program, if you have worked on legacy Tech you'll definitely learn a lot.
If you join in impact program they will give training to you according to your tech stack
