EY GDS is giving me 33% hike (no joining bonus) than my current package whereas another not so big firm (glassdoor rating 4, headcount 1k-5k) is providing me 65% hike than my current package.
I currently work in another big 4.
Which would be a better decision in this case ? Brand name or package, what matters more as per your opinion?

I got an offer at Nokia, and my new manager said that she wanted to put me in the higher salary bracket however the HR insisted that we lowered the range. That caused me to receive a much lower salary than expected. Should I renegotiate even when my manager said that she tried giving me more. Does HR really play that big of a role in this?

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? No one has an office, much less an assistant. Creative and account are different jobs with their own dress codes. But dumb, off brief ideas by white creatives do win.

I’m a staff 2. About to be senior and want to relocate cities... how does one bring this up to their manager/counselor without possibly upsetting them.

Any Hr people out there..my wife is going through a harassment case against her boss. He is retaliating against her and other staff. On going for years. Most recently she had to take a leave of absence. There is a formal investigation into him. What is the timeline this should take ? And should he be allowed to have 1on1 talks with other staff members?. He is in damage control now trying to buy everyone lunch and doing his own PR tour. Month into investig doesn't seem like much has happend yet.

With 11 yrs YOE and having skills in dimensional Modeling,data warehouse ,ETL and Reporting , what should be the salary expectation in market. I have switched from 12 LPA to 26 LPA on feb 2022 as my first switch with IC role as ETL developer . Now looking for data architect role.
