Having 5 years of experience in Testing, got offer from HCl with designation as Technical lead…I don’t have experience as a Lead . Actually I asked for 14 LPA and they released offer with 14.5 LPA with “Tech lead” designation.
Can anyone tell how will be the work stress & work life balance .. when I check with them they are saying it’s a designation and I will be introduced to client as Senior SDET..

Has anyone bought/ done the HRCI Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion in HR Management? I already have my PHR, but I’m looking to gain more knowledge/skills and beef up my resume. Is it worth doing? The course is $239 and you get 12 Recert credits with it.

I am looking to make a career change to HR. I currently make 75K as a sales and development coach. I had a recent offer for a state government position in a talent acquisition role but I’d be taking a $25K pay cut. Worked there for 20 days only last yr and 1year later i got my relieving letter after multiple tortures of legal notices for not serving notice period even though when they themselves released me.. from 160k to 0 that i paid them.
