Wells Fargo - 27.5 LPA, 25 fixed ( 2 months notice period, how variable pay is paid and what is avg hike. Also, what happens to varibale pay from 2nd year onwards?
Tech Mahindra - 29 LPA, 25.5 fixed. (3 months notice period) Heard that variable pay is paid monthly but not sure about avg yearly hikes.

Considering all the above, Which one should I join? which will be good for career growth?

I’m a newly graduate from a community college. My program of study was Health Information Technician. I passed my RHIT exam a month ago, and I’ve been applying to jobs in state, out of state, and remotely to only receive “sorry you were not selected email.”I don’t have experience and I know that’s the reason I’m not getting selected. I’ve applied for receptionist, medical biller/coordinator, and medical clerk. Even with inflation willing to work for minimum wage or less just to gain experience.

How do you get good at thinking on your feet? I find I always need time to think and analyse before being able to answer client queries (even those that are considered simple by others). I don't want to rush and get it wrong. I avoid phone calls for this reason which isn't great when you're in the service industry so it's starting to impact my career.

I have resigned from my current organisation and have asked for an early relieving. I have offered to buyout the remaining of the notice period but my manager is not agreeing citing reasons as procedure of the company. When I shared this scenario with my EY IN HR, she said please don't attend it may create conflict and you may also get blacklisted.

EY GDS HR is like, you can attend the interview, there's no problem at all. We don't have such a policy. Please suggest what decision I should make.
