I am java springboot developer with 2 yrs exp.
I got offer from tcs for 50 prcnt hike i.e. 6 lpa.
Now I want to put my papers and look for other better offers in 90 days notice period.
So few things I want to know before putting paper.
How is the market these days?
And will I be able to reach 9-10 lpa?

You can get easily 10-12 lakh but always keep in mind you have to be very careful will joining organization. Recession is booming in usa which might affect small IT firm. So use these company to get good offer letter so you can negotiate with tcs or any other big firm. Best of luck bro 🎉

Resign without a second thought, but keep giving as many interviews as you can, to reach near 9LPA. Having an offer definitely gives you an edge to ask for more. Although, try hard to not join TCS at such a low hike, this is my personal opinion, your career will be stagnant 😕

Market isn't as good as it was 6-7 months back.
But since you already have an offer you do have an edge so do mention to every other recruiter that you already have an offer and that will increase your value and yes you should be able to reach 9lpa.

Not sure Bro. In the current times if hr sniffs that you're revaluating offers from outside your offer might be even rescinded. This greed of yours can backfire. Have seen 1 such case recently. Would suggest to stay put

Yes go ahead and drop your papers with a 90 day notice period you will find better opportunities and the package for 2 years 10-11Lpa will be a big jump but you need to be careful when you join an organization you will have to put in effort to meet the expectations of the package.
