I am serving notice in EPAM (LWD: first week of March) with 4.1 YOE in Frontend Experience (React, TS, Microfrontends, Accessibility). I have a British Telecom offer of 16.7 LPA ( current CTC 11.8 LPA).

Looking for advice on getting interview calls from strong product companies (Adobe Nutanix Paypal Walmart Flipkart Chargebee Telstra etc,) during notice period, and whether BT is a good long-term move of if I should keep pushing.

How many hours do you actually work at job and for interview preparation?

I was just informed after the third round of interviews they’d like at least 5 references, two must be supervisors. My last job was a temporary remote job where I didn’t really interact with my supervisor and the jobs before that were at my family’s business (I do not speak to any of them for serious personal reasons.) Anything before that was grad school and I haven’t kept in contact with any professors from over five years ago. What should I do? 😕

Accepted offer to join F500. Start in 2 weeks. Dream FAANG role reached out for interview. How do I handle this? They do not know I accepted industry offer. After 2 weeks they said Role no longer available. It was L5 supply chain role. This happened in April. Can I apply again in Amazon?
