I am working as SAP CX Developer with 4.8 YOE. I am so confused about choosing the best company. Need your advice. Please guide me among these two which organization is better to join Shell India Markets Ltd or SAP India pvt Ltd.
Shell India - 21.6 CTC ( 3L performance Bonus)
SAP India - 18 CTC ( included 10% target bonus ) + 3L JB.

I heard SAP Pays 100% Target Bonus or even more. But Not sure about Shell India.

I interviewed for KPMG on 11/15 for a Senior role and the HR emailed me on 11/16 that everyone liked me but they think I should be hired as an Experienced Associate. I had a call with the HR on 11/17 wherein we discussed about my salary expectations and the HR said he will get back in a day. It’s been more than 10 days and multiple follow ups but still no response. I don’t think I was rude while talking to the HR, I just told my current salary and asked for min. that no. I have an offer Tech Mahindra and I joined the yesterday that is on 22nd, TechM all onboarding process is done. The Tech Mahindra is about to ship the laptop to my home location.

Now I got one more offer with better package.
1. Now can I reject the Tech Mahindra and join the new venture?
2. Will Tech Mahindra take some actions or blacklist me in their database?
