I have 2 years and 10 months of experience in Infosys as a Tibco Developer. And I am in the same project sin ce my joining. I am not seeing my growth here since last November as they are giving me the non technical or infrastructural level work instead of development task.

I am frustrated and came to a decision to reassign the job without any offer from other company.

Can anyone please advise what I should do and shall I get any offer within 3 months of notice period?

How is the Project Manager position at NTT ( Location : Mumbai) ?
Job security?
Pay scale to be asked for as minimum as where does this role stand in internal hierarchy in the company?
( Considering the high cost of living in Mumbai)

Bit of a niche topic: I’ve been in TS/SCI processing for a Science/Tech/Weapons analyst position with the CIA for 3 yrs since I finished grad school in chemistry, but CIA positions are sort of set it and forget it since they can take so long. I’ve since been focused on a Patent Attorney track and am with a firm that will support me taking the patent bar/law school. If I get through processing and go to the CIA for some time, do you think would I be accepted back into patent law later on?

I have 9 years of experience as a QA out of which last 2-3 is an individual contributor (sole qa owner) plus team lead of a qa team.. I want to pursue masters in the UK so I can have a role like Project Manager/Test Manager/Scrum Master in the future.. what course should I go for:
1. MSc Management
2. Business Analysis and Consulting
3. MBA (not so easy as I don't want to give GMAT, will select certain colleges that do not need GMAT score)
