1)Wipro, which offers 20 LPA CTC and the client is Blackstone

2)Sony, which offers 17 LPA CTC and I will be part of Sony Pictures.

3)Accenture, which offers 13.24 as fixed and 21%(2.78 L) as performance bonus also a skill bonus of 1.3 L where my annual compensation can be around 16 LPA and 2.6 L joining bonus.

Wipro and sony may give 1L of joining bonus.

Kindly put in your thoughts to select the best offer in terms of career growth.

Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
Earlier,before the call I had Bank of america in mind ahead of CTS for its work culture ,hike %, job security and other benefits. But here in TCS also I have very good role, job security and comfort.Please suggest!!
