Whenever I have to put slides together, I doubt myself a million times and it takes too long to make a single slide. I know I have Impostor Syndrome and depression, and the longer it takes to put a slide together, the harder it is to get it done. It’s like I have a phobia for doing the work, but it’s my job as a consultant 😔 I think I fear getting it wrong, but I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this and how they have coped? Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile. I got small relocation package. Would internal move be subject to a buy-out/clawback clause if I leave now and if yes, is it time in role or time under new contract? Any experience? Thanks!

2. Deal Advisory role at one of the Big 4

Which role offers the best exit options? All the offers from US support teams of the companies.
OS role offers better than the other two (only slightly), but I am interested in a good profile

Need your suggestions. I have a got an offer from XYZ company. Dropped my paper and serving notice period. Now XYZ company is asking me to work on a contract basis until I get relieved from my current company. If I don’t join my offer is null and void. And I don’t hold any other offers as well. How should I handle this. Join XYZ company on contract basis and once after getting a better offer inform XYZ and quit or I shouldn’t join them
