What certifications can I earn to increase my market value coming out of college? I’m graduating with a marketing and digital applications co-major and I have 2 HubSpot certs (Digital Advertising and Social Media Marketing) + relevant internships. I’m just trying really hard to get over 50K in Indianapolis (I sincerely can’t afford to accept anything lower) and being a new grad seems to REALLY be working against me no matter what I do. I have not been on a project for over 3 months. Since I joined, I have been put in training. The training got extended by a month and now it's close to 4 months since I joined and without a project.

Recently I have been looking for a job switch. I have recieved an offer from a startup company whose client is hpe. HR round was taken by a HPE manager too. They told they have 25-30 employees in hpe. They have other clients like Deloitte, PWC .
He told after 6-8 months of performance I can be in direct payroll with HPE.
So is it a good idea to join ?
Or shall I look for other jobs ? Please help ..
