I have a concern which I feel like sharing with you all.. I am currently working for a client but as a non-billable resource. They already have one BA and are not interested in having one more but my organisation has onboarded me on same client and now whatever work I do is shared on the name of the other BA.
This is kind of frustrating and I am not allowed to speak or discuss on points which I am working as client should not know about this.

Has anyone faced certain situation.

How do you deal with a line manager who is focused on saving the company money at the detriment of losing trust and running the risk of employees leaving?
