Hi fishes, I have an interview comming up with Cisco for the role of salesforce developer. Cisco being a product company, I am assuming what would be the general patter for the tech roundswould be different from other service based MNC . The interviewer is from US and on checking his profile, it doesn't look like he is from salesforce background. This would be my dream job, can you guys help me understand what areas I should concentrate in this situation. Is there Anybody with prior experience ?

I’m in a predicament. At my organization, pay-for-performance salary increases are based entirely off of a person’s annual review. The problem is that I report to the CEO and he never (and I mean NEVER) does annual reviews. This was not disclosed during the interview process. What should I do? Is it rude/unethical to apply for a job with no real intention of taking the position if I get it?
