I have an offer from EY for a delivery PMO senior role which is a 50% hike and i have a PMO lead role from my current organisation where the hike will happen as per promotion cycle which would be in Sept and the hike will depend on company performance. The most recent promotion hike was 25%. I am confused as should I take the promotion and again look out for offers later or should I change the organisation. May I know your reviews please.

I just left my pre-seed startup that was running out of cash (we made $100,000 in revenue this year, and sunk $1m in costs). I was making $40,000 as a developer (plus 20k stock options at $1/share per year) and they refused to pay me any more money. I have 17,000 vested stock options, total number of shares at the time of my contract was 4million. I am a first year who just started a couple of months ago and I am literally confused all the time. I did some small work for two partners and they loved it, so put me on new deals but the mid levels I am staffed with absolutely hate the work I do. One said the work I did was laughable.
