I have completed 3 rounds of interviews with Airbus and I will be having HR round next week. I would like to have some inputs on CTC from you.

Total years of experience is 6.5. Currently working in a Big4.
Current fixed CTC is 16.25LPA.

Holding an offer from a Big4 (22LPA fixed).

HR called me just before EU round and told that they can offer maximum 23LPA including variable pay even though I have a offer.

Please suggest is it wise to accept 23LPA including variable in HR round?

Those of you that have left retail, what would it take for you to go back? I’m hearing about 50k sign on bonuses at the corner locally (up from 20/25k in February). I’ve been unemployed/underemployed for over a year and am still holding out for anything else.
