Any thoughts on an MBA vs MS Project Management. I was planning on doing an MBA but and MS Project Management seems like the better option now. I am in a super good position at Jellyfish as a Director with a good room in terms of growth. Great responsibilities, work life balance and I strongly love my job. However, there is an opportunity to join Google Dublin as an Agency Development Manager (level 4) with strong salary, new challenges, different role and responsibilities etc. I HAVE A STRONG DOUBT about a trade off: is better to have a strong margin of growth and a good position or join Google with the above conditions?

The CW that I’d work the longest with (for about 3 years) had just being promoted to ECD on a big cool shop after very good run. Meanwhile I was just promoted to ACD at an OK medium shop after a very torturous run that almost made me quit ad life for good.

Sometimes I wonder what the hell did I do wrong.
I didn’t even think he was that good back then 😂.

How to get into freshers data science role as a non-tech professional?

Other than MAANG, which companies are good for the data scientists in India (both product and service)? Good in terms of project complexity, rigor of analytical approach, scale of problems, implementation opportunities, usage of latest tech stack, innovation, mlops best practices etc.

I am currently working as analytics professional. Some of the work included but not limited to are Insights generation, root cause analysis, creation and maintenance of data pipeline for owned charters and projects.

Regularly used tools are SQL (Hive, Trino, MSSQL), python, dashboarding tool.

Hello Fishes, is 15 LPA a reasonable compensation for Machine learning engineer (python, c++, computer vision and deep learning ) with 2 years of experience, current working for a product based company. If not what is the current industry standard. I keep seeing people posting 30+ LPA for data science roles with 3+ yoe.
