I recently got interviewed for IBM ISL and got selected. But in the offer Letter, they haven't mentioned that the opportunity is from IBM ISL but only IBM for band 8. Is this normal or do I need to check with HR? I have 9.7 years of experience.

Also once I accepted the offer letter, can I negotiate for a higher package?

13 yr outside Sales Experience in the B2B space, multiple roles/companies. Current quota is $15MCAD, I usually do not bad in quota but lately has shifted to rewarding medicorciy and "pooling" some numbers countrywide which i really dont like.

Till last July I was earning 12 LPA, now I switch to a product based with 30 LPA. Where 27 is the base. Monthly I pay 45k tax.
Things that i am doing already is LIC = 40 k , SSA= 50 k (for my kid) and tution fees = 25 K .So altogether withPF other superannuation fund I can show 1.5 Lakhs in 80 C.

Apart from this planning to buy flats or small villa in chennai. I can pay invest more as my most money goes as a saving or buy gold as risk free. Please advice wat else can i do? Kindly

Hi fishes. Need some advice. I told my manager that I will be resigning soon so that they can find a replacement. I am awaiting the offer letter right now. They have asked me to start the resignation process anyways but I am worried that If I don't get the offer letter then I might be out of a job. Also I want to wait to get appraisal letter before resigning so that I can negotiate a higher base with other companies. What should I do?
