I was hired into legato through SP software private limited, a middle man who told that

I will be reporting from the 1st day to legato itself. My ID card and laptop will also be from legato. But 1st six months of salary will be under SP software payroll. After 6 months legato will release payroll under their name.

Can I trust them and join legato or opt for other company?
