I got 57% in MCA from a reputed University.

Most companies took my interview and rejected the moment I told them the marks.

My resume was shortlisted in Infosys but stuck at education verification from last 3 week, cleared Tata Consultancy TR and stuck at verification and evaluation in progress..

What should I do??

I saw some sales managers discussing hiring strategies, especially for entry level roles (e.g. SDR, BDR).

One strategy that came up was having the applicant do 90 minutes of cold calling into real prospects with the hiring manager coaching.

What do you think of this approach? Would be curious to hear from both hiring manager perspectives and from candidate perspectives.

How do find a recruiter in the legal field? Have been looking for a job for a year now and trying to transition into another practice area. Applied to more than 20 jobs and still no offers. I feel like I might need some help.
