This is my first interview after college, I was just wondering how do you guys deal with salary negotiations without looking greedy.

I know it's kind of foolish to think about salary without clearing even 1 round of interview, but still I was curious.

My CTC is 6.5 LPA right now, how much hike should I expect and push for?

I'm lateraling to OD in January. My offer was the lockstep rate for a 2019 grad as they stood in mid-November 2022. Will I in essence be given a "raise" to match similar 2019 grads who met their hours? Or will I be starting at a lower base in January than my peers? I’m currently interviewing for a Digital Marketing Manager position at PGIM and the max base salary they’re willing to offer is $130,000. Seems a bit low to me. I currently live in NYC and have 6 YOE in Marketing. Office is in Newark, NJ. Is this the norm?

My friend is making $19/hour and has been asking for a raise for months. Mid management have “little control” over raises and decisions stem from upper managers, although his reviews are always excellent. Their lumber company was recently acquired by a large private equity firm.

He recently got another job offer and when he put in his 2 weeks his current employer offered them a supervisor position of a $58K salary the same day.

My highest paying job wont let me change schedules what should I do. I have 3 jobs. Job 1 is $57,008 a year job 2 is 23/hr job 3 is 22/hr job 1 and two are full time. Job 2 is very flexibly schedule as I’m home based. But I like job one but they won’t let you change your schedule until month 6 as it is considered a new position.
