Hi fishes, I'm currently serving notice period(LWD 17Apr) and i was on leave from 2 month due to severe health issues and some major family issues. Now the HR is saying that they're marking me on loss of pay as i was on leave from many days.My doubt is,if i join another company then they'll ask last 3 months payslips, does this loss of pay month salary slip also gets generated or not. Need a little perspective: Did you get faster at brainstorming ideas as you went along in your career? I’m one of the only juniors at a mostly senior agency and having trouble keeping up.
