I am serving notice period, I have applied for an role/profile in Accenture but someone now changed my profile to different which I am not that much skilled.

Can I withdraw that application & apply again for the matching skillset?

Someone told me that if you withdraw from your side then you have to serve a cooling period of 6 months.

Can anyone help me please? This will me my last chance in Accenture.

During the pandemic we started incorporating SparkHire for one way video interviews and now my hiring managers are super attached to it. It was intended to cut down on rounds of interviews - one SparkHire + 1 in person meeting. But now I'm seeing a lot of candidates drop off and not follow through on the spark hire. Is there any argument to hold onto one way video interviews anymore or should I drop it?

Question for yall. How likely is an offer once a company decides to do a reference check? I know I am in the final 2, from context clues in interviews. I just dont want to get my hopes up.

Hey Guys, I have applied to Accenture through their Accenture India portal and it's still showing pending review and my interview hasn't been scheduled yet. as I checked found out that pending review means the Application has been passed from HR to the operations team what should I do now as it's been more than 4 weeks and I haven't received any response from them and there is no way to contact them.i am getting a little frustrated about this
