Hi Fishes, Interview Experience with ValueLabs. I cleared L1 and L2 round and then they said there will be Managerial Round. I cleared that L3 round as well. On Friday, HR Discussion round, I told that I already have an offer with one of the company, so I am expecting at least 19 Fixed. She agreed on the same without negotiating plus 1Lakh Variable pay, so total CTC 20LPA. On Monday they said can offer 17+1 Lakh Variable. Then next day they there’ll be another round with manager. 😑 Valuelabs Capgemini @
I do have the same exp with value labs ,they agreed with what I expected after the final round and didn't even release the offer yet from the last 3 months, although I'm focused on my different technologies so I didn't expect an offer from them,but it's disappointing that u also hunted by same hunter.
As per my suggestion take offer n look for better opportunities in the meantime.

They said we have only 1 position and 2 people got selected. Now management to hire only one that’s why another round will be there. On Wednesday my joining was with the previous offered company and 1 day prior they said like this. I didn’t get why the HR’s are playing with candidate. They can atleast inform me clearly whatever the case it would be. Still they’re trying to convince me that we’re working in your offer and will surely schedule a call tomorrow (Wednesday).
It was totally unethical and unprofessional from @valuelabs.

Long back I was cleared all the rounds in Valuelabs and they were holding my offer to negotiate my NP, at the end haven’t received any response from their end, HR asked me to share the release dates and mail proof, had bad experience
