Contributed to a high-visibility project with a patent filed.
Specialize in AI Red Teaming, LLM prompt engineering. Plus working on automating red teaming.
Involved in quality assurance, multiple UAT, powerbi dashboard publsihing for leadership.


Given this, what would be a competitive salary range in 2024 for my role?

During my interview process I clearly stated my salary expectations of 95k-105k. They came back with an offer at 80k. Is it even possible for us to come closer to a better agreement with them being so low? All other aspects of the job are in line with what I'm looking for, so I really want to make this work.

I just started a new job 2 months ago, benefits and PTO don’t start until 90 days in so I still have a month before I can take off any time, and today found out my company doesn’t offer paid maternity leave.
