Just want some clarification.
I got LOI containing all the details even joining date and salary break up from Wipro and basis on that I put down my papers.

Now I am still waiting for formal letter as written in that LOI.Upon continuous follow ups HR said that my BGV is still pending and they are working on it and might need some documents.

I am not sure what to do as my notice period will get over in 1st week of August.

Can anyone tell me by when will I get joining formalities

I’m 18 yrs of exp, working at Ford in a cloud architect role with a salary of 31lpa (26 fixed + 5 variable). I’m getting offer from Bank of America with fixed ctc of 41lpa for avp designation.
