YEO : 4.5
1. H&R Block - 16.8 + 80k VP and 50K JB.
2. EY GDS - 18 LPA + 1 L VP + 1L JB.
3. Deloitte India - 19 LPA plus 1L JB.
Now, I'm inclined to join H&R Block for the below reason;
32 DAYS PAID LEAVE/yr + 1 week holiday in July.
This means I work for 10.5 months a year and get paid for 12.

It's sad to see people with 2-3 years of experience getting paid more than you when u have double the experience. 😄 Best part is they are still complaining of getting less. Well I guess you should never settle. New gen is giving a hard time to the experienced folks. I think this is the high time to upgrade your skills. Come out of your comfort zone and start looking for new opportunities. I think this is the best time to switch if u haven't already in quite some time.

Please who knows about the advisory practice within the PwC financial crime unit (Canada Acceleration Centre)? I understand it is a client non-facing advisory role. Would it be a good career decision for someone coming from GRC firms like Kroll, Control Risk or Exiger?
