Can someone please explain what is “SUPPLEMENTARY allowance” in my payslip??? It is the highest in my entire payslip, more than basic salary. Basic is lets say ₹7 lac annually and supplementary bonus is ₹7 lac 40 thousand.
Can someone please explain why this exists in my paylslip, is it good or bad from tax perspective and shall I ask my HR to decrease it???
Please help asap.

Yea actually I did. I have my ex colleagues working for EY and H&R.
Both people have good opinions about them. However I have no idea about Deloitte.
Deloitte also has 30 days paid leave plus 7 days mandatory christmas off . culture is good. However WLB depends on manager
No Deloitte has 22 earned leaves+ 5 sick leaves+ 3 bereavement leaves + 1 happiness leave + December final week off from 26 dec to 2 Jan.
Deloitte is awesome if ur client or manager is awesome , take a call based on your interview experience and ask if ur going to work under him and most importantly , don't miss Deloitte if it's consulting exclusively. Iam in Deloitte currently
Did you join? How is hr block
Join H&R block after negotiating based on other offers or try for other orgs, avoid BIG4 if you want wlb.
Don't think its bad faith, others are offering you more thats the fact and once you join you won't be eligible for hike for that year. After a year if you think your salary is low, what would you do? Think long term is all I'm saying.
