Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.

I had my interview with Infosys for .net full stack developer.
It went well and i am hoping for a positive response.
Want to know how much should I expect Or at what pkg should I negotiate with them.
I am thinking of proposing 13-15 LPA negotiable.
4 YOE and 7 LPA currently

But I will suggest to Go for Cognizant... If you worked hard definitely CTS will Give reward(Good hike and Compansation). In short if you do better for CTS they will give best in parts of Compansation and Promotion.. also after meet with N sitharaman of CTS CEO.. CTS have more insight in India like they will give job security for mid level employees for sure and more projects is coming towards CTS.. also they have next TCS and Infy... Apart from this Onsite opportunity is also there in CTS if you have good relationship with DM and Manager along with client.. so go for CTS...
Afterall it's suggestion... You take decision on your own after considering all aspects..

Remove NTT Data, LTI, IBM, Cognizant from the list and check which is given better package, Select that from remaining. I am a former employee in some of these.. considering yearly hike, job growth, learning, and notice period not worth of joining the above mentioned!
