Should I wait or move on for infosys (gave interview on 1 Nov 2022 and selected) company?

EoY - 4.9 Mainframe production support. Still 35 days remaining in notice period.
Barclays offering me 8.75 and Capgemini offering me 9.4. Both are fixed. And still lot of interviews are in place. I was really interested in joining Barclays and expecting that they will give atleast 10.5 L but they are saying no budget for that and asking for response tomorrow. Not sure what to decide.
