8+yrs exp here. I work with Deloitte and got offer from TCS , there seem good chances of onsite in the project i am being hired for . Would it be a good bet to switch from a Big4 to tcs ?

Feel like I’ve come to a point in my consulting career where I’ve reached the end of what this job can provide me, career-wise and as an opportunity for personal/professional development. I’m planning to apply to a masters program, which would kick off next fall, but need to stay where I am between now and then to be able to pay for school. I am a personal injury defense attorney and I’ve never done plaintiff’s work. I have a case where I suspect the plaintiff is malingering and exaggerating his injuries. The plaintiffs attorney has sent me multiple demands for $3 million dollars and basically begged me to respond with some offer. HCL Technologies Hi fishes, HCL is recovering retention bonus from employees if employee resignes. I got retention bonus in sept 21 after deducting TDS and I resigned in nov 21.
